Justin Loconte is a licensed Master Electrician with over 23 years of experience in residential, commercial, and new construction electrical work. As the founder of One-Way Electric, he leads with a strong commitment to integrity, customer service, and high-quality craftsmanship.

 

Known for his ability to problem-solve in the field and build strong relationships, Justin enjoys collaborating with homeowners and general contractors alike to bring reliable solutions to every job.

 

Outside of work, he’s a proud family man who enjoys camping, traveling, and exploring Colorado’s great outdoors. His values—honesty, precision, and respect—are deeply rooted in the company culture he’s built from the ground up.

Justin McLatchie is a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician with 10 years of hands-on experience in the field.

 

He is known for his detailed approach, clear communication, and ability to complete projects both efficiently and accurately. Whether he’s installing new systems or troubleshooting complex issues, Justin takes pride in delivering results that last.

 

Outside of the job, he’s an avid snowboarder, former instructor, and dedicated family man who enjoys the outdoors and mountain life.

 

His calm, focused presence and commitment to doing the job right make him a trusted face on every project and a core part of the One-Way Electric team.

Luis Muñoz Varela is currently in his second year as an apprentice electrician and is quickly making a name for himself through his strong work ethic, quick learning, and focused execution.

 

He brings a high level of discipline and drive to every task, working alongside experienced electricians to refine his skills and build a solid foundation in the trade.

 

Luis is highly dependable, detail-oriented, and always eager to take on new challenges. Outside of work, he values quality time with family and is excited about building a long-term career in the electrical industry. His growth mindset and passion for the trade make him an invaluable part of the One-Way Electric team.
